Welcome to Calgary Soto Zen. We are a curious bunch of folks exploring the path of Zen established by that old trouble-maker Shunryu Suzuki Roshi. Our explorations take us onto meditation cushions, into tea cups, bumping into each other during walking meditation, and marveling at the sounds of bells and a swell mokugyo we got on eBay. Sometimes we get out into the community and do a bit of cleaning up, and sometimes we get together to grapple over that amazing book "Zen Mind Beginner's Mind".
